Return Process

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and including a copy of your original delivery note inside the parcel.

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal point or courier location.

  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
